WE CATER TO COUPLES CELEBRATING THAT SPECIAL OCCASION OR JUST A RELAXING GETAWAY!! Sunny site located on a cliff above the sparkling Seward lagoon, the newly renovated lock off apt enjoys incredible panoramic bay and mountain views, private and peaceful accommodations with high end finishes and furnishings. Custom modern kitchen with Hertco cabinets, quartz countertops,, hardwood flooring, and top of the line appliances, Miele, Bosch, Kohler, etc. There is a cooktop and a new top of the line drawer microwave for baking. New world class memory foam mattresses in both the stylish new bedroom and the pull out full size sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a European down comforter, as well as a down topper and high thread count linens. Two new large flat screen TVs, a Bose Bluetooth speaker for music, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet. This "smartly furnished" 650 square foot walk-out lower level aptis located in an area of beautiful homes. Light pours in the windows, with views to the majestic mountains including Mount Alice . Located on a dramatic cliff above the lagoon you will enjoy a birds eye view of the town of Seward and Boat Harbor filled with the activity of colorful sailboats and commercial work boats. It is within walking distance of downtown and the boat harbor. Seward's fine restaurants and unique shops are waiting for you to explore. 1st and 2nd lake hiking trails are right outside the door. This new townhome apt has private access and is the definition of mountain elegance. A perfect spot for 2 to enjoy a relaxing vacation, special occasion, or romantic weekend getaway.

Check-in was seamless, including a quick call to go over some details. Also, a well crafted welcome book to go over some helpful tips and house rules in addition to local recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless. Very modern, clearly well renovated, and felt very upscale. The nice back patio with a bench overlooking the water was a great way to start the morning!

Easy check in. Super friendly owner. Apartment was immaculately put together. Location is perfect. Great view overlooking the town and bay from up in the cliffs but close enough to town you could walk if you wanted or make the 5 min drive. Highly recommend!!

Everything as described in this property was spot-on. It is super clean, high-end everything with an outstanding location. The patio overlooking the city of Seward is perfect. We loved everything about it, and Susan is so sweet.

Beautiful place! Luxurious, great views, all the amenities, wonderful host.

Susan's place was fabulous. So convenient to the harbor and the cute town of Seward, lovely porch, comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen. Convenient parking. Amazing views. We were very happy.

Superb

Beautiful apartment, well maintained, and close to the marina. Also walkable to town for those who like a stroll. We enjoyed the view of the bay and were able to watch the July 4th fireworks from the comfort of the back deck.

Great time in Seward!

Would highly recommend this VRBO! Perfect for the two of us! Great location! Overlooks Seward harbor! Beautifully decorated! Make reservations at Ray’s Waterfront Bar and Grille before you arrive in Seward! Came highly recommended by owner of VRBO! Did not disappoint as well as the cruise by Major Marine Tours!

Amazing View

We absolutely loved this place the best out of all the places we stayed while we toured Alaska. The view was breathtaking and the place was very clean, well equipped and decorated. We would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seward!

Perfect escape!

What a gem! This exquisitely designed apartment is in a prime location. Beautiful views and everything you could need. The host has thought of everything, is detailed and provides restaurant and activity ideas. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer than 2 nights!

The views from the back porch are incredible and the host could not have been more helpful. We went sea kayaking, glacier hiking, had an incredible seaside dinner at Ray's and went to the Sea Life museum. Everything was within walking distance (if you like to walk). Great stay!

Great Place

Perfect Get Away

This apartment was the cleanest rental we have ever been in. It was newly renovated, had an efficient layout and was perfectly stocked. It is close to town, yet private and quiet. Alaska vacation

Can we give more than five stars???

Our stay at Dean and Susan's beautiful Seward apartment could not have been more enjoyable. The location is perfect, quiet but very convenient to everything Seward has to offer. The decor is magazine-worthy and every amenity is available. The apartment is very well laid out, perfectly suited for a couple. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the breathtaking views at the rear. In summary, we'd love to come back some day and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Seward.

Beautiful Seward Stay

Beautiful views from this 1 bedroom modern apartment. Luxury plus with modern updated appliances and furnishings. Unfortunately our weather was not so good so it dimished the beautiful view but once the sun peeked out for the very limited time the views were great.

Property was lovely and well equipped but we had a negative experience with the housekeeper, and as a result, the landlord. We spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get in touch with taxis to leave and were 30 min late checking out as a result. We were charged for an hour delay, along with an additional 30 minutes of cleaning, which seems punitive based on our interactions with the housekeeper. We slept in the bed and took one shower each in the property so do not believe an extra 30 minutes was necessary. After being rude initially when she arrived and we were not ready, the housekeeper ultimately offered to give us a ride - for twice the going rate. We paid it happily and appreciated the offer but she still made disparaging comments about us to the landlord. Due to these issues, we would not stay here again. If you choose to do so, be prepared for inflexible "rules" and rent a car regardless of what anyone tells you.
