Probably one of the best hostels I've stay in around the world. Great location with a breath taking view of the harbour and snow capped mountains. The hostel is clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding are some of the best I've slept in through the world. I would definitely return and stay longer next time.

Super séjour à l’Hafaldan Harbour. Bon endroit pour visiter les fjords alentours. Très propre et pièce de vie incroyable ! On peut être totalement indépendant grâce à une cuisine où on peut stocker ses affaires (frigo et paniers pour les produits d’épicerie). Pour être totalement tranquille, mieux vaut éviter le dortoir de 4 personnes (nous étions 2). Accueil très sympathique par l’hôtesse. Je recommande très fortement !

Nous avons passé 1 nuit en famille dans la chambre 3, vue sur le port. Personnel serviable à notre arrivée. Chambre spacieuse,celle avec double lits superposés, lit inférieur un peu haut pour un jeune enfant. Matelas comfortable, couette chaude, prises et lumière à chaque tête de lit, un lavabo et miroirs,de la place pour les valises. Les parties communes sont propres et la salle à manger donne sur le port, nous avons vu le ferry arriver dans le fjord. Beaucoup de charme et bâtiment avec une histoire. La communication avec l'établissement a été très réactive, beaucoup d'informations utiles, ce sont eux qui nous ont informés pour le pré-enregistrement sur le site covid.is avant de venir.

Ostello molto datato. Confermo quanto commentato da altri viaggiatori: le pareti divisorie delle camere sono fatte di "carta velina", quindi la privacy è decisamente relativa. Molto suggestiva la sala comune con vista sul mare. Ottima soluzione per pernottare a Seyðisfjörður con un rapporto qualità/prezzo accettabile.

Super Lage: vom Wohnzimmer hat mein einen Tollenblick über den Ort und den Fjord. Küche und Bad waren gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden.

Our room and the common areas were clean and well-maintained. No interaction with staff but our room was ready and the key was in the door, so no need to check in. Enjoyed sitting in the dining area with a cup of tea after dinner, using the large table to spread out our maps to plan for the next day. Our private room was basic but clean and comfortable. Sink in the room and plenty of outlets for charging devices. Located across the harbor from dining and shops, reachable by a short easy drive.

Ich habe noch vor Ankunft eine bessere Zimmer Kategorie bekommen und war sehr zu frieden, es ist nicht das modernste Haus aber es besitzt sehr viel Charm und ich würde jeder Zeit wieder hier über nachten!
