Located in an industrial area. Guests staying Monday through Friday will hear some noise during the day. Quiet on the weekends and evenings.
Situated on a hill with scenic views depending on the time of year. Hiking trails on the property.

A vehicle or ride-share service is required to access the property and surrounding areas.
NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house, as indicated in the listing, should be honored at all times, day or night.
