A pleasant family run hotel right on the beach in Agia Roumeli. The family is so kind and friendly — made the stay extra enjoyable. The hotel dinner and breakfast were both very good and set on a terrace overlooking the beach. Really loved our stay there.

Calypso is a fine place, with one of Crete's most comfortable and scenic balconies. Antonis welcomed us warmly and showed us to our room, which was beautifully equipped and had an impressive balcony overlooking the Libyan Sea. The food at Calypso is freshly prepared and very tasty, with its emphasis on Cretan cuisine.

Owner and staff are very friendly and happy to help. Food is amazing. Perfect place to rest after a walk of the Samaria Gorge. Very modern room decorated in a traditional way.

Un excellent accueil

Hotel à proximité du port et de la plage. Une bonne base pour acceder aux gorges de Samaria. Chambre moderne avec balcon sur la mer. Grande salle de restaurant avec bonne cuisine locale. Un accueil très sympathique et efficace. Nous conservons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois.

Great hotel in Agia Roumeli near beach.

Great location. Can see the sea from your balcony. We had breakfast there, really good, and fast service. Shower had no curtains, so end up splashing most of the bathroom
