"Fantastic seafront hotel. Sits right on the waterfront in the village. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a dedicated parking area available next to the public carpark. The rooms are simple but stylish with nice balconies overlooking the sea. We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. You can get ferries to teh nearby beaches or you can walk the E4 trail. The downstairs does great coffee aswell as typical greek food. There are two bakeries in town that have...

"Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. There is construction work going on literally adjacent to the property currently so expect some noise and essentially the outdoor balcony space is off-limits during the daytime. "absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! If they had a pool area near jacuzzi it would be absolutely top notch! What a great gem to stumble upon! Staff exceptionally friendly and they actually knew they were a VIP access hotel. "The beds were very poor. Considering this is an adults-only hotel, having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the beds kept separating, making them very uncomfortable. The beds were also on wheels, which made the problem even worse."
