The good: - supportive on first day to leave luggage on early arrival - air conditioning worked thankfully and you could adjust the fan - comfortable beds and clean - Beautiful boutique venue - good massage - good variety of breakfast - most staff always willing to help - on dial for WhatsApp Improvements : - Staff overall until last day at breakfast weā€™re approachable, felt a bit that standards dropped and rushed, both staff and food - more could be done on tour organisation with clarity on fees, partners and promote tourism in a speedily manner (or drivers, even the locals at the bar with me the evening before weā€™re mortified - shower heads mean your pretty much up against the door. More could be thought about here - while I am small even i struggled Overall a gorgeous boutique, just focus more on engagement and visibility with guests, as opposed to just locals, to make it feel more welcoming- tourism is key for countries and the organised guides, tours and activities would really help make the place special and all rounded 5*. Iā€™d love to come back - hopefully this can be done .
