"This was a great central location in Medford, OR so we could get to Jacksonville, Grants Pass, Williams, and Ashland. The studio was very quiet, clean, and much more comfortable than a hotel. Any questions we had about the property were immediately answered by the host, and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall, we had a great time staying at this beautiful property. The river was wonderful and the swimming pool was perfection on the 107 degree days. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the resident on property had a dog. It would have been great to know there would/could be a dog roaming the yard before booking. We didn’t know this information until right before our trip, so we wouldn’t have been able to cancel without losing money. We hardly saw the friendly pup, but as a dog...

The King bed was very comfortable, and the window seat overlooking the river was our favorite place to read and watch the wildlife along the river. The kitchen served our needs well.
