"Room was clean and in good condition. Everything seemed to work as intended, although trying to figure out the TV remote was frustrating. And I'm not at all technology-challenged. Something I experienced twice during my stay this time: there was a customer taking a large slice of the counter person's time, while a line slowly built to half a dozen people. The staff member was clearly trying to manage the situation as best she could, but with no one to provide any backup, there were a bunch of us who were inconvenienced. "

Definitely glad we brought our own blankets too. We skipped the pool, it was a bit cloudy. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Those are important!"
