"Thank you. What an experience!"

"Perfection."

"This experience was absolutely 5 STARS! Great location with several walking distance eateries, Very clean and studio style apartment and the host Rebecca, was a joy to work with. She was very flexible with our reservations and requests and was in constant communication the entire trip. Nice Work!"

"Perfect spot in Saugerties/Woodstock area. Very helpful communication with property management. Looking forward to staying again sometime!"

"What a perfect girls getaway! Communication with the homeowner was excellent. Simple check-in, and expectations for check-out were clear and easy. The house was spotless and the outdoor spaces (large deck, fire pit with lots of seating plus lots of firewood) were fantastic...we lucked out with beautiful weather. We didn't use the fire pit but enjoyed sitting out there. Gorgeous property. Very serene and only 4-5min drive to town/restaurants. Even nicer-looking in person than pics show. The only...

"Lovely build-out, thoughtful details all around the house. Beautiful spot! Appliances feel quite outdated though, and many dishes in the cabinets were dirty. "

"The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The...

"Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so...

"This house was beautiful. Very clean. The kids had a blast and even went fishing on the lake. We roasted marshmallows and relaxed in the hot tub. Adele was easy to reach and very kind when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend the home to family and friends. We will return on another vacation."
