"This barn was very clean and cozy. We loved all of the original wood and morning sunlight. It is attached to another house and shares a driveway. The hot tub was easy to use, although the directions were outdated. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions quickly. At night, the stars were extremely visible. Wilmington was a great small town with good food and local shopping. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"Gene’s house a gem! A veritable retreat nestled in the trees with a crystal water creek running by. We loved the cathedral ceilings and the views over the forest all around the house. The deck with BBQ is perfect for enjoying nature. The place is brand new, fully equipped and nicely decorated. The perfect spot in beautiful Vermont. We were not informed that this was a "self check in hotel" until after the cancellation date.
