We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. "

"The Hospitality was top-notch, our room was luxurious too. And I must say, the food and drinks were just so delicious, better than our expectations. Compliments to the chef. Only feedback- We don't think the Macaws play any role in the beauty of the resort. I could feel they were unhappiness and wanted to be cage free. Macaws are big birds, they need huge spaces even if we want to keep them in our property. I understand it must exciting for some people but trust me those poor birds don't deserve this. It was heart breaking. Other than that, we loved our stay at Saya. "
