During our 5 night stay, their internet was not functional because the technician never came to fix. Room service is very good, especially they have awesome chai. "

However, the hotel did not honor that booking, and after extensive negotiation, I was asked to pay extra for the stay. The stay was pleasant otherwise but the NY gala dinner and event was subpar. "Very dirty room. I found a. cockroach in the room. Very dirty bathroom. Walls and floor does not look like its been cleaned in a while. I was scared to get in the bed.
