The entire hotel exuded cleanliness and efficiency—a testament to meticulous management. The professional and helpful staff stood out, ensuring my stay was perfect. The well-equipped gym was a major selling point, though I wished the weights were heavier. Parking was hassle-free, and any water interruptions were quickly resolved with a call to the front desk. This seems more of a Ghana problem and not a hotel-specific issue. Having a microwave available in the 24/7 canteen was convenient for heating leftovers privately. Privacy is crucial to me when selecting a hotel. Overall, the Golden Crystal Hotel offers a luxurious, comfortable, clean and hassle-free stay in Ghana. Highly recommended."
