We had the best experience at this hotel. Our room was gulfside with an amazing view. The rooms are okay, you are definitely paying for the view and area not the room. Shower backs up while in it, light in bathroom just strobes so you can't use it. Pull out couch didn't work. Overall it was just ok it works for a decent view, but I wouldn't return. Staff seemed ok though. Probably good enough for the right person just not for us.

The Inn and suites was lovely, well-kept and easily accessible from the main roads. the staff was equally lovely, helpful and pleasant. Shalimar is a nice area, more residential in nature...not a vacation spot but close to all beach and vacation area
