"Everything was clean and comfortable "

"We visited for our Anniversary. The restaurant was the absolute best part of our (bay)cation! We ate there breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The waitstaff along with the cooks made our Anniversary special. The front desk was not warm and inviting. She did not acknowledge us upon arrival. We stood there and waited. She didn't say ,"I'll be right there", or even "Welcome". The parking attendee was even friendly."

"The front desk person took 20 minutes to get logged into the computer to check me in. She did not charge the pet fee at check in, but ran it later that evening. I assumed the fee was going to be waived due to the inconvenience of waiting 20 to be checked in. "
