Highly recommend this property. Excellent location - only 5 mins walk to Nanjing Rd & subway. Breakfast was a good selection of both western & Asian dishes. Staff were friendly and room was clean. We had the small apartment with a kitchen which was great for space.

We had the one bedroom which worked for 2 adults and a teenager. Walkabout to subway and Peoples Square about an 8 minute walk. Nice having a small kitchen and Landry machine that does a wash and dry cycle. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location near people's square metro, around the corner of nanjing road, cafes, local restaurants and half hour walk to the bund. The staff was friendly and fluent in english. Great choice and we would come back any time.

Convenient location. 2km run along Suzhou River, or walk down Nanjing Road to the Bund. Washing machine in my room has a small leak into the drum, but works fine once you clear that. Rooms are clean, well equipped but a bit dated. It was half the price of the Marriott next door, so a great choice for my 2 week stay.

A lovely suite with separate lounge, bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The clothes washing machine/dryer made our lives a lot easier than we normally experience while travelling. The Hotel is very central, close to Nanjing Road and The Peoples Square. The room attendant/cleaner (Lisa) was a delight. Hard working, enthusiastic and very helpful.
