The main lobby is in 7 th floor. The 1st floor is hot and staff is not very friendly for luggage reservation. Overall experience is not so good considering it is the high price 5 start hotel. The location is great and next to the big mall.

Great hotel w amazing convenience

It had amazing view of the city and was very comfortable and clean. The service was also excellent, and the location was great. Connected to the department store that had everything one needs: eaterie, fancy dining, shopping, etc. I would want to stay here again in our next visit to Shanghai.

the rooms are okay, decent bathrooms and clean rooms. the staff doesn't really speak English so its hard to communicate. breakfast wasn't the greatest, not many options. Hotel rooftop restaurant also didn't have the best food. best part of this hotel is the mall next to it has a lot of good restaurants to eat which is a plus.

My stay was great. The room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was clean and very well kept up. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many different choices of food. The only hiccup I had was the concierge. On several occasions I had a question about the city and navigating it and if they didn’t know the answer they made no effort to figure it out. I was left to figure it out myself. Other than that , everything was great and I would definitely stay there again. If you want to be close to the main sight seeing places I recommend staying somewhere else as this is a bit far for walking anywhere. However the hotel is attached to a very high end mall.

It was an excellent experience. Wonderful breakfast. Best in kind. Except someone was smoking every evening (in some unit nearby) we were there and we had to smell that. They need to be more strict about smoking police.

The hotel charged me extra for breakfast with my guest , I did not have breakfast every day , and also out of town for three days , the hotel wouldn’t refund instead still charged me with an extra person, I don’t mind to pay for that , but I still feel little upset.

From a Group like Hyatt,I DEMAND that the staff speak English! find someone who speaks English (apart from reception) is impossible! there is basically no way to communicate if you don't speak Chinese! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
