The location of the hotel is excellent. The mall is just next door. Have stayed in this hotel three times. During my last stay, I thought I lost my hand phone, Cindy and her colleagues were very helpful to try to locate my phone via the Didi company. Really appreciate their help. However, the conditions of the first room given to us was not so good. There were stains in the bathroom which shouldn’t be the case. Housekeeping is lacking though the housekeep staff was very friendly when I met them along the corridor.
