This hotel is very close to metro station and there is shuttle bus to Disney land and airports as well as inner city for sight seeing. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I list my property and contacted t the hotel 3 weeks after. The manager and staff were trying their best to help me find the item. In the end it was my misunderstanding. The cleaning lady on the 9th floor is very friendly and helpful and even left a note in my room written in English and always make sure I have enough bottles drinking water in the room. She is very hard working lady as well. I highly recommended this hotel especially if you are going to take kids to Disney land.

This place is a bit far. Convenient is they have free shuttle servce to and fr airport. Disneyland is nearby. If you are going disney this is the best choice. The price is average and provide good service. Food in the rest taste good. Unfortunately nothing to move around. Quite boring for long stay.

Convenient to Disney and pudong airport

Hotel is near Pudong airport, have free shuttle bus to and fro airport, Disney and to Bund. The hotel is a little rundown and not very well-maintained. Bed and pillows are too soft. Cleanliness is also so-so. But the service of staff is good.

Good, practical, convenient to Disney

Great family room with lots of space and decorated in a disney character theme. Tea and coffee making facilities. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast. However we stayed one night the week before in a standard room and it felt more like a business hotel. If you are expecting a disney style hotel similar to the Paris orbital hotels, think again. The lobby ould do with brightening up..a bit austere. The girl on the free transfer bus to Disney / Airport was amazing and so friendly. Some 7/11 type stores next door and a Mcdonalds and shopping down the road. 5 min walk from metro and 1 metro stop from Disney.

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting disney. Checked in late, there were eye drops left in the bathroom and hair in the shower. Second day the glass which we used wasn’t cleaned and just left on the counter. The staff are not very friendly and can’t be bothered to help you. Didn’t even tell us our room numbers when checking in, had to ask. The lifts take ages to come, breakfast was nothing special. There are a few fresh stations where they cook Chinese food and the two elderly staff there were the nicest we encountered. Very limited English amongst the staff and google translate is blocked in China so had to use the staffs device to communicate which they hesitantly use.

Staff need some training

The entrance to the car park is under construction and therefore unable to access. We called reception and someone came outside to guide us to another entrance. The check-in was quick but no one explained anything to us about the pool or breakfast or parking. Our room was spacious and clean. We went downstairs to use the pool and there was no one on the desk to welcome us. We got to the pool and a lady ran after us to insist our baby who cannot swim (she’s 1) needs to ‘follow the rules’ and wear a swim cap. We tried to explain that she wasn’t going to swim, only us (who have caps already), she was only going to sit on top of her floating seat which we showed her but the lady was adamant so we were forced to buy the baby an adult swimming cap and put it on her tiny head. The pool is nice but has black ripped tarp hanging over the top which is an eye-sore. We then had trouble after we checked out as the security guard insisted we pay for parking even although we were staying at the hotel so had to call reception to ask them for help. This is our second stay there but we had a lot of bad luck and trouble this time and because of this I don’t think we would stay again.

Room and staff were all great. 1 thing we liked about the hotel is that it's relatively close to Pudong airport and they provide multiple and frequent shuttle service for guests to various key places in the city (including the Bund, Disneyland and key transport hubs). I personally dropped my phone in the bus to Disneyland and managed to retrieve it after a quick call to the hotel who contacted the driver no problem at all so TYVM!

Lovely room and well situated for Shanghai Disneyland.
