Definitely a 5/5 hotel! The staff were very helpful in assisting with any questions we had, in helping us get our Didis, and everything we needed. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept as well, in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A truly amazing hotel! The pool had such an amazing view of the skyline and pearl tower. The location of the hotel is so convenient for public transport and it was so easy to get a Didi as well. The room was spotless and the staff were so helpful, I would recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here, staff was very helpful and friendly. Most of the staff spoke English and that was very helpful. They were also very accommodating because I wanted my room a certain way and maintained and they did it. Definitely recommend, they honestly treat you like royalty and are very nice.

Family travel with 2 adults and 2 young kids. Hotel is in the centre of the downtown financial district with shopping malls nearby including IFC and Super Brand mall. Walking distance to the Shanghai Pearl Tower as well as the Metro station. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and a bit of everything for everyone. Most staff spoke/understood English and were all super helpful. Only downside was there’s no self serve laundry. My booking included laundry service but limited to 3 pieces per day.

We had a unbelievable good stay at the wonderful Regent hotel. It felt like home, the staff was amazing. Location is amazing and the view from the room was out of this world. The gym was open 24/7 and the machines was everything you need. The pools was very good and safe because the life guards. I am looking forward to come back to shanghai.

The staff’s service is above and beyond. Excellent, would highly recommend. Breakfast buffet is so good, so much variety. The front desk, janitors and camellia restaurant staff are all amazingly helpful! May Bao is the best ! My kid said this hotel is 100 out of 10!
