The staff was super helpful and accomodating with our check-in/ check out. Fantastic rooms and hotel ammenities. Location was perfect for us for a quick lay over in Shanghai, with many local spots around. If you’re staying for more than a couple days - it was a 10 mins Uber to closest station and 45 mins on train to city center. Overall extremely happy with everything. Airport shuttle was also easy and efficient

Hotel with great and reasonable Price at PVG

The hotel was innovated, it is much better the condition 7 years ago. The shuttle service to PVG was on time. There are so many local restaurants nearby the hotel, some restaurants open 24 hours, so convenient. By the way, the lady with employee number 303 is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is abit far for the main Shanghai area but it’s best for one nice stay if you have transit flight . Most of the hotel staff were awesome except few. Best staff of the hotel was Sun Jialing, her hotel employe number was 305 . Her customer service was exceptional . Definitely recommend her if you want any personal assistance.

夜中に上海浦東空港に着いたのに、バスでホテルまで行けて助かりました。 チェックアウト後は再度空港に戻り、地下鉄やリニアで市内にでられます。 空港とホテル（T2国際線ターミナル3階出発ロビー26番出口が乗降場所）の間は概ね40分くらいかかります。 空港から市内は地下鉄で1時間弱（人民公園）くらいです。

シャトルバスサービスがとてもよかったです。またWechatで連絡が取れるのが便利でした。タクシーもすぐ捕まりました。朝食も品数は少ないけど美味しかったです。全体的にとても綺麗で清潔、お部屋も充分広かったです。ただナイトウェアがない、ベッドのマットレスがかなり固くてゆっくり休息できなかったのと、お風呂の水捌けが悪い･扉が勝手に開いてくる、冷蔵庫がなかなか冷えないなど設備面が少し残念な点がありました。コンビニは少し歩きますが、ほかに地元スーパーや薬局、お菓子屋さんなどがあって楽しかったです。

El personal fue amable pero no hablaban inglés, aun así utilizaban el traductor para poder atendernos. El desayuno bien y las instalaciones también. La zona no es la mas bonita, caminamos a la estacion de tren pero esta lejisimos, hicimos mas de una hora a pie aunque ahi nos dijeron que estaba como a 35 min

フロントもスタッフも中国語しか話せないが、翻訳アプリを使って各国語対応をしてくれようと頑張ってくれたり、スタッフ一人一人のサービスマインドはとてもよかった。ホテルの設備は宿泊費相応。近くに地下鉄の駅などがないのが欠点。移動は基本タクシー。浦東空港とホテルの間の専用シャトルバスも予約なしで使えて、三ホテル共用のシャトルバスではあるが、使い勝手がよかった。ホテルを出て左側に行くと商店街にぶつかり、便利店や定食屋などがある。

外観は古びてたけど、部屋はとてもキレイでした！ ディズニーが目的だったので、送迎バスも助かったし、スタッフもみんな親切！！ 朝ごはん、汗かいて洗濯もfreeで助かりました!! ただ、夜は野犬の吠える声や、トランジット等での利用者も多く、廊下からの話し声が聞こえることが多かったです。 でも、この値段なら全然あり!!
