"We were staying in this property last week and highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a 5 stars experience in Shangri-La Old Town. New modern design, the rooms are so clean, very nice stuffs, and you feel it like home. If you experience altitude sickness, oxygen will be provided in your room. Oxygen cylinders will be provided if you go outside for activities. Shopping and restaurants are near by at walking distance. It is very convenient to stay in this place, we would like to stay here again if we revisit the city in the future. Mr. Fu from Seattle"

"Room external environmt is noisy. Next to army cadet training. At 7am, heard marching as well as 8pm. Worst was no aircond provided, need to open window & noise come in."

"The room was Ok. The hotel staff had an 'I don't care' attitude since its so much in demand hotel. We are pretty sure other hotels around like Judy's Hotel etc. have good accommodations as well. This one had a very cool common terrace with mountain view for all. No breakfast or lunch was included for the high price that we paid"

"View and service were amazing. There is a bus station in front of the hotel parking from Lijiang old Town. The bus will stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge first, then ending at this hotel. We've spent a night here then took another bus direct to Shangri La the next day. "

I stayed in a stunning two-story detached Tibetan-style cottage, beautifully designed with an eye for detail and cultural authenticity—it was both luxurious and inspiring. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the meaningful conversations I had with them; they shared fascinating insights about local religion and traditions, adding a rich cultural layer to the experience. A truly special stay that nourishes both body and spirit. "
