"The room itself was very clean, the only small thing I would note is that the shower in my room had a bit of a smell and didn’t appear to be 100% clean, though it could be the colouring of the floor itself. Pool and gym were well maintained and well staffed. Air conditioning worked great and breakfast was amazing for the wide selection! "

"When we complained at night that the heater was not functioning properly, staff dealt with it quickly. But the system that the temperature in the room was preset and the guest could not turn it lower or use AC in winter was dumb. It wasted energy and made the room unnecessarily hot at 26C."
