Black Horn B&B
The B&B is located a stone throw from the Hengchun Bus Station, making it extremely convenient to get to. The room is clean and comfortable. We had 2 pax staying in the family room so that makes it more comfortable for us.

The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor.
