You have everything available to you at the hotel, so many restaurants, pools, spa. Dining whether at the restaurants or the buffet, was genuinely delicious every day. A proper 5 star resort. "We picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to the Dubai Mall but ended up not using the shuttle as it was only a ten minute walk. The front desk staff were excellent especially Nick who checked us in. We had a view of the Burj on the 13th floor and the room was modern with excellent a/c. Breakfast was in the adjoining TGI Fridays which was actually very nice. One of the staff was a bit rude in the restaurant but most were friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a great deal for vegans but you could order scrambled tofu which was a plus. We didn’t use the pool as we only had 24 hours in Dubai? But it looked nice. Could have happily stayed longer."
