"We loved the log cabin in the woods for our NYE celebration. It's quaint and has so much charm. The check-in process and communications were excellent. It is about 4.5 miles off the main road so it is in a remote area. It was great for us since we had our dog and it had a huge property for him to run around. "This is our second time staying here. This year I was a little disappointed in my stay at this house. We were informed on the day of arrival that the dryer was replaced and would be hooked up three days after the start of our rental. There was some dialogue with the local manager and the local managers supervisor during the course of our stay, but in the end we never had use of a dryer in the house. The property manager Kate spoke on the phone with us and was supposed to get back to us and never...

"We had a Christmas week trip with another family. 4 adults and 4 Teens. Location is great. Close to mountain. Would say only downside is that while there are beds for 10 people, the house is smaller than it appears in pictures and not sure it would be comfortable for that many, mostly in the common area. Overall, a good experience."

"My family, partner and I stayed for a week in the cozy cabin for the total solar eclipse. We have family in Vermont and this was the perfect stay nearby. The cabin was exactly as described and had everything one could ask for. Our hostess, Hannah and cyrus were friendly and provided recommendations of things.to do nearby. "Perfect location for an Ascutney mountain bike vacation. Property had everything we could ask for (there were 7 of us) for apres. Plenty of room, 2 full bathes..the master suite was amazing. Fire pit got a workout ;)"
