"The roach problem was discovered on our first day at the motel. The bedding was clean but the mattress sucked. Cleaning was done only at a cursory level. Once 11:00 am rolled around, the attitude of the staff changed from bad to worse; like they couldn’t wait to see you leave. "Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer."
