"We picked this location for its proximity to Cooperstown. The room was good & very clean. The only issue we had was it took almost 20 minutes to get any hot water in the sink or shower. We were up & on the road early, so that may have factored into this issue. We would give this location another try."

"We were in the area with a thousand or so families for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. We weren’t excited about staying in a big hotel for 9 days. Based on reviews we chose this small (15 unit) motel with a kitchenette just 5 miles south of the tournament. There is a convenience store in front of the motel. It was very peaceful and quiet. "This inn is very clean with a rustic cabin aesthetic. I was only here for one night for work so I didn’t experience much. But it was nice and cozy."

"This is what a basic motel should be. Clean, comfortable with reasonable furnishing and equipment. Location is very close to the village, with a bar, diner, Chinese and two pizza places. Grounds are nicely kept and it’s back from the road, so sitting on the porch is pleasant. Appreciated the free bottles of water and the USB power points. A/C is noisy but powerful. "

"The room was smaller than we are use to . The bathroom was also small . Needed a comfortable chair to sit in at night . The location was great in center of town . 22 steps to get to room on second floor , harder for older people with knee problems!!! "

"This is a low-end motel. There is incessant traffic noise from the highway. The only nearby eating establishment is Star Cafe, a typical greasy spoon with minimal fare. The only saving graces are the adjacent laundromat and the price. There is also a minimart by the gas station for survival needs. "

"Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay."
