"The room was clean and well maintained, beds were soft pillows were fluffed, but the insulation and sound proofing was extremely lacking. I could hear everything especially from our upstairs neighbors, including all their uses in the…cough… bathroom. I could hear the conversations of those walking by the room as is they were in the room, every car passing every door closing, including the person who left the alarm clock set for 5 am but was no longer in the room next door. After ten minutes of it going off I finally called the front desk to get one of them to turn it off. For such a beautiful room, I got no sleep. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to choose a different place, but for the heavy sleepers, this place will be great!"

"I chose this hotel because it advertised as no smoking, no pets and free parking. Plus, they have free bike rentals. They accommodated my request to not clean my room using harsh chemicals. I was so pleased they could do that! I didn't have any allergies while staying there and that's a miracle. Everyone was very nice and I appreciated the text communication from them. Very welcoming and loved their coffee shop. I would stay here again!"

"Check-in was easy, staff was nice. The water was out when we arrived to check-in due to an unforeseen issue. They informed us it would be 1.5-2 hours until the water was back on. Room was clean. Only complaint was we stayed on the 2nd floor and during the night, there were kids/teens racing each other outside the rooms quite loudly and they seemed to congregate in that area outside those rooms (including ours). "
