"The ID verifications they wanted were a little quirky, but the property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Just about everything we could have needed was there. We were able to whale watch from the living room too. I got the feeling that the neighbors are not too happy to have a short term rental in their midst, but if you are quiet and respectful (as we were), there shouldn't be an issue. We were a little disappointed we could not pull into the garage to keep the car out of the sea spray, but at least that tells you how close the water is! Overall, a very nice place to stay, and the management was extremely responsive and nice, answering any text or email literally within minutes. I would definitely recommend this rental."
