Step back into time in this cozy and charming 1959 mid-century-styled ranch house. Set on a sprawling 5 acres with a beautiful creek in the backyard, enjoy the fresh country air on the back porch and the wildlife such as deer and turkeys that frequent the property. Located only 7 miles from the Shenango River Lake/Dam and 12 miles from Chestnut Run Swim Beach. This is a peaceful and quiet property perfect for any stay. There is an area for a campfire in the backyard. Ring outdoor security camera located outside garage door.
