"Truly remote cabin—full kitchen and bath. Very cute and cozy but with modern amenities. Large deck and grill and two functioning fireplaces. Free parking and a delicious very local restaurant-bar across the street. The place is movie scene perfect for a hallmark Christmas. The down sides being if you are tall the bathtub will require you to bend down if taller than 5’10”. While I fully expect rustic there were a lot of easy to dust cobwebs. "We stayed in the main unit, a lovely and cozy cabin. The manager left notes about the weather and instructions on using everything in the cabin. The place had everything one could dream of, for a cabin in the woods. It was very comfortable and quiet, and we immensely enjoyed our stay. We originally booked one of the small units. The weather was not good. It was snowing a lot, and the manager was very considerate and changed us to the main unit. We are very grateful for this change. "

"Very quiet and peaceful, the cabins were spacious and came with just about everything. Do wish the top bunk bed was a little lower. We showed up about 4:45pm Friday night with no staff there. Took us a little while to find our cabin"

"We had the best time during our stay at the cabin for our wedding weekend! The house was spacious and clean and perfect for hosting friends and family. The dock was perfect for laying out by the lake and having breakfast with everyone. We brought our pup and she will definitely be sad to no longer be able to wake up and jump off the dock to swim all day long. The host was communicative and accommodating and we can’t think of one negative thing to say. We had the best weekend!"

"Perfect getaway for small family. Close to mariposa/Yosemite, could see the snow from the mountains when we used the hot tub, and the home was spacious and accommodating for myself, spouse, 2 kids and small dog. It was clean and the owners are responsive. The place was clean and the wood stove was pretty and kept us quite warm. This was my second time going and I would go again."

"Perfect location to Yosemite, groceries and other amenities. The house was comfortable and well stocked with wonderful outside spaces. Beds were super comfy. Only caution is to verify when prescribed burns are planned by the park/forest service in Yosemite or in the area, which is clearly out of the hosts control. "This cabin was very clean with great amenities. We had concerns of being that close to Hwy 168 but we really didn’t hear any road noise at all. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The toaster over and hot plate worked well to compensate for there being no oven."
