"C'était super! mais il y avait bcp de bibites mortes au sol quil a fallu ramasser. Et cest stressant pcq on n'a pas eu de nouvelle du proprio alors on se demandait si le chalet allait etre ouvert pour nous. on n'a pas eu d'indication de comment recuperer une clé. mais en fait y a pas de clé"

"The cottage looks as advertised and the chickens and bunnies were the highlight. They are so cute! But the access to the water is a 5 minute walk down a path (through the woods), the access is actually finicky and looks a little swampy, and we were advised last minute that there may potentially be a man near the access point (and to not talk or look at him as he's very rude). Put us off guard a bit. Communication was not great at times, but the landlord was very kind and welcoming. We thought...

"The property and surrounding area is beautiful. The cottage was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was even nicer than the pictures showed. We had a couple of issues arise during our stay but Sylvie was quick to respond, did everything she could to remedy them and genuinely wanted everything to be perfect for us. Stuff happens and it's how you respond that counts. Sylvie was awesome. We'd all love to come back again. Merci beaucoup Sylvie!!!"

"This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! Great architecture and design, on a lake with a sandy beach. We enjoyed the hot tub. Close to hiking trails and the cities of Shawinigan and Trois-Rivieres. Don't miss nearby L'Olivia Table Gourmande, an amazing place for pastries and coffee, lunches and dinners. But if you want to cook yourself, the kitchen is well equipped."
