The host did not answer, I had to reach out to customer service for them to get in touch with the host and he finally answered and came and open the door I had to wait roughly 30 minutes. Both bathroom showers were dirty there was hair on the walls and in the tub. The house was decent and located in a great area. The host just need to hire better house keeping. "
