"The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. What I didn't like was breakfast. It was supposed to be served till 10;00am, but when I went down to the lobby at 9:09am there was very little food to be had. I did ask if they could replenish the hot foods and although they put a bit more out, it was not enough for all the travelers waiting to eat. McDonalds would have been the better option. "We recently stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them."
