Stayed here for the first time over Memorial Day weekend and my family of 4 will be back. I did t love the food at the hotel, but I liked the staff, the waterpark and the rooms. There is a beach right outside the hotel. It’s a good spot for a long weekend vacation.

Hotel is really awesome, the only thing that I didn’t like was the cleaning person pounding on the room door at 8:00 am after a long drive got there late the night before, she really shouldn’t be pounding on the door to wake people up.

Overall, everything was good. I only had a problem with not being able to order food to the room and things that was on the website saying that was in the room was not in the room available to us like water. Beautiful, large and majestic hotel located on a fabulous piece of property on Lake Michigan. We stayed in a 4th floor room and the lake was so close I felt like I was on a cruise ship. Enjoyed the stay.
