Central location near city centre but one block off so quiet. Property is well kept with a quaint coffee shop and a nice restaurant. Rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed. Easy to use do it yourself laundry which was handy as we are on a month long trip.

No carpets in the room...thank God. Good proximity to a number of restaurants, one we enjoyed was the Blue Lobster at 296 Main St, just a few blocks away from the hotel.

We were unfortunately too late at check in to get a balcony, but the room was still clean and well maintained. The kids were happy to get some time to swim a bit before bed. The hotel is well located and well maintained. Great stay for day trips around NB.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The property was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere overall with nice music, large lobby space, a good sized gym and pool with perfect temperature water (we used both the gym and pool). We had dinner in the on-site restaurants two nights of our stay which we enjoyed very much. Sebastian was our attentive server. It was especially nice to eat in the hotel when it was rainy and windy outside. Our trip to Cape Breton was delayed due to weather so we ended up staying at Hotel Shediac for 5 nights instead of the planned 3 nights, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Staff was excellent. We are able bodied in our 80’s but stairs are a challenge. Stay on the lower level if stairs are a problem for you.
