A nice stay

We stayed at this hotel for Tramlines festival, the staff were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our only issue was with the cleanliness of the floors, there was hair and a toenail on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived, this was unfortunate because the rest of the stay was great.

Fortunately we arrived at 3 for check in and only 3 people in front of us as checkin was very slow, came down half an hour later and there was a long queue, system needs to be more efficient.
