The hotel is beautiful and it is in a very prime location. Everything is close. The only issue was the room dining. I did not like the burger or the pizza, and I have notified the front desk, even though they wanted to refund. I did not take the refund because the service was great. Everything was amazing. The rooms are new, fresh. The pool is really beautiful.

Great Staff

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great. Very good and reliable place to stay

I love this hotel, it is my go to whenever I visit Dubai. The facilities are super modern and clean and it does not have the lingering smell of smoke and age that many of the hotels do.
