"The review reflects the attitude of the hotel towards its guests but partly also warns you about the unethical practices of hotel.com. We are a family of four including a 10 month old baby and 3 year old. We booked a two nights stay at this hotel and paid in full well before getting there. After a five hour drive from Baku to the hotel we were told the hotel was fully booked for the second night and we would have to check out at 12 pm. This was at 6 pm. "Decent cabin and resort in a tourist season. but we went in mid May and were the only guests. We were not given breakfast although it was included in the price. We arrived in the evening. No lights were on to guide us to our cabin, the front door didn't lock and at the front doorhere were uncovered windows so no privacy . The toiletlid kept falling down - awful. The owner was not bothered to be present."
