"Customer service and staff were awesome! Had a nice pool and new fitness facility. Offered residents a free meal and beer on Wednesday night upon our arrival. Nice variety of breakfast foods. The hotel does need remodeling which we were told was starting 8-1-26. The frayed carpet and worn furniture, lighting didn't work on desk. Upgrade plumbing, bathtub didn't drain well. Unfortunately one night we were woken up at midnight with fire alarm going off. People in room beside of us were cooking fish and burned it so we had to evacuate for about an hour. The sign in room said cleaning staff would empty trash and replace dirty towels, but that didn't occur. We just did it ourselves and front desk gave us what we needed. The location was perfect for what we were doing. Also need tv guides in room as the guide button didn't work on remote. We would stay there again!! Ed and Sharon Whitfield"
