"The most perfect view of the beach, our hotel room. Friendly staff. They could keep the outside tables a little cleaner. Other than that, it was a great hotel, especially for the price."

"Hotel location was ok. Longer walk to the beach than most however. The desk person that checked me in was very unfriendly. No smiles from anyone and didn't seem to care if we were staying there or not! Also after I checked in and paid she said I needed to go over to finish my checkin process with an individual at a table who was simply trying to sell entertainment packages which I refused after a few questions. NOT really a part of a check in process! Then we went to the room after dinner and the entire hallway was dark! No lights to even seen the room numbers! Very unsafe to not have the light bulbs working for guests! Also our room phone didn't work so I called the front desk with my cell phone. Maintenance did come up and fix the phone and put a light bulb in outside our room. But these issues show further lack of concern for your guests! Also we were told to call the front desk if we needed anything so the second day no new towels were left so we called the front desk and asked for 4 towels to be brought to our room and she said I could come down and pick them up! No a professional practice to make your guests feel welcome . Anyway I wasn't very satisfied with this stay. I've been to PCB about a dozen times over the years and never experienced such a lack of concern anywhere we've stayed like this!"

"Couldn’t ask for a better view right on the beach every room has balcony facing the beach and pool. Definitely will be back ! Price is great!"

"The pictures lie! There is no pool and the rooms look like something from a scary movie. The hotel is something off of girls gone wild. Don’t do it!"

"Friendly staff, clean facility, close to restaurants and activities, pool is heated, beach access, great breakfast variety, and anytime coffee/tea/water in lobby to keep you hydrated after having fun in the sun. My one and only slight issue was the lack of water pressure in the room. It’s hard to wash chlorine, sand, and sunscreen off with no water pressure. "

"The view from the balcony was great. The rooms were good size and the kitchenette was good. Apparently Radisson's standards have gone down considerably, although it has been awhile since I stayed at Radisson. Upon arriving I noticed how filthy the floors were. They were a wood laminate or something on that line. I used a couple kleenex to wipe it in a couple of spots in the bathroom. I took it to the front desk and showed them and they said they could send someone up to clean them. They did but it was just a spray and mop and was only marginally cleaner when done. The elevators were slow and seemed like only one was working at a time. I spoke with some other guest that were also complaining about the elevators and when i mentioned my floors they both agreed with one saying he was shocked at the black that came off his feet in the shower. The beds were ok, nothing great. Both the doors entering the room and going to the balcony needed weatherstripping. Overall, just needs some basic cleaning and maintenance. "

"This was an older motel, but very nice. It had beach front or across the street rooms. The price was great especially across the street"

"Room was left unclean. Put us on bottom floor it rained and flooded the bottom floor. Lock on door wouldn't lock. The toilet leaked. No hairdryer and charged a $50 deposit that you get back in 5 to 6 days."
