"The villa is as beautiful in person as the photos suggest! We enjoyed having private bathrooms for each bedroom and our son said the murphy bed was very comfy. The location is VERY convenient to Branson amenities without the traffic headaches of staying near the strip. The owners are extremely easy to work with and professional. The setup is great for a family but would also be nice for a friends getaway. We look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"This is a nice villa in Pointe Royale. Plenty of room for our family of 8 and our dog. It was very convenient that you could go out the basement door to a grassy area for the dog. For being pet friendly it was very clean and you could not tell other pets had been there at all. It would have been nice to have either some Tupperware with lids or plastic wrap/foil in the kitchen to use after a meal. We bought some foil and left it for the next guests. The only real complaint was the dryer. It took...

"Property was very clean, well maintained! It was 2 bedrooms plus large pull out sofa and blow up mattress. It was in a nice quiet location, close to restaurants and shopping! Would definitely book again!"

"LOVE the location of this property! Quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great to have all the amenities of a home while on vacation...space to spread out, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer....and our favorite thing....close parking which makes unpacking and packing a breeze! "Advertised “cozy fireplace” and included photo of an apparent fireplace. Only has an electric image of a fireplace. Advertised “backs up to lake”. Lake can be seen off at a distance down the street but definitely doesn’t back up to the lake. Living room furniture has no support and is broken down inside. Would not trust this property management company due to deliberate misrepresentation."

"The space was nice, bed in master is small. Not crazy about door to garage not locking. Some areas need some attention ie the air duct vents. FYI: the window in the dining area may have a leak, no wall damage but the sill is damp, soft and warping. Someone should notify owner before repairs become even more cost. Overall we did enjoy our stay."

"This was a cute little room that worked well for our one night stay. The drive was interesting down a steep and winding switch back gravel road. We had a little trouble getting into our room but were able to contact the owner quickly to get the issue resolved. The room was clean and my children enjoyed pretending to be at the beach. Overall, we had a nice stay."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very nice for a couple. Even though it sleeps 4 (pullout couch) , it is kind of small for 4 people but it's doable. The check in desk staff was very accommodating when we called to get a hair dryer and more coffee."
