"We were returning home to Kentucky following a visit with family in Texas. We were greeted very personably by the front desk ladies and quickly checked in. Our room was spacious and scrupulously clean everywhere. We were very pleased to see that the top sheet & comforter were SEPARATE, so one could cover up with the lighter sheet if preferred. Everything worked well, including the lights, TV, and A/C. The bathroom was well supplied with good quality hygiene items. It was very clean and well-lit. Although the hotel was right on the highway, the noise of the trucks & traffic did not bother us. We got a restful night's sleep. The morning breakfast was great! Many options for however one wanted to enjoy it. Everything tasted very good. We would be happy to return to this Holiday Inn Express in West Memphis if we're traveling again, and we would not hesitate to give it our highest rating and recommend it to all."

"Staff was very friendly but the floors were filthy. Got out of the shower and got my clothes from the other room and went back to the bathroom with my bare feet not thinking anything and the floor towel had dirty get printed from my feet being wet on the floor. That completely grossed me out. Also there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. The air was perfect, the staff was wonderful it was just the floor that made me cringe. They were pet friendly which was extremely helpful as we were doing cross country live with our pets "
