"Cece at the front desk was amazing! She was kind and addressed my concerns right away. We arrived at 6:30 PM 10/5/26 and had made dinner reservations for 7:30 at The Surf. When we came downstairs for dinner. Nobody was at the stand to show us to a table. There was noise in the kitchen. I tried to get their attention. Finally someone came out and told me the kitchen was closed. He did give us the name of a place we could walk to. We were very disappointed. When I told Cece about it she took care of us and told me she was very sorry and would report the incident to the proper parties. The trim around our sink in 121 is separating and looks bad. Directions for the split for heat would be helpful. We finally figured it out this morning, right before checkout."
