The trip started out bad -when we arrived the entire system had shut down with no idea when it would be back up. The guys at the front desk were nice as could be-the situation was completely out of thier hands. As we were looking for another place, the system came back up, much to a LOT of other guests happiness! The room key was handed out in record time-I have NEVER had such a speedy check-in! The room was exactly what I reserved, smelled very clean, and absolutely spotless! The beds were very comfortable as well. Front desk helped again with utensils when DoorDash forgot them. Check-out was just as speedy. We grabbed coffee from one of the 2 spots serving coffee in the lobby, and scopes out breakfast. There were red velvet waffles, as well as regular ones. Lots of options, all looked amazing! I need to come back for a training next month, and will definitely return here. I may bring the kids so they can use that amazing looking pool!

Room was big but not very clean. Pool key didn’t work, laundry key didn’t work , Ice machine didn’t work…. Staff was very friendly. Also 100$ a night hold on your card when you get there which is crazy, we paid everything ahead and then got hit with another $300 when we arrived .
