Horrible service
The staff is very nice. I arrived at 11 pm and the night staff was incredibly accommodating.
The only complaint was we could hear hallway noise. It’s the same in many hotels. We want to bed early so we were more sensitive to it.
Shenandoah is a beautiful area that's why the Baymont Hotel felt so out of place in there.
I like the area but it can be difficult to navigate through traffic. I think that’s the way it is all around Houston.
More police activity would be welcomed
