部屋は綺麗で英語を話せる受付もいます。ただ、周りにお店が少ないのと駅から遠いのが難点です。 朝食は美味しかったです。

To be honest I can’t complaint much for my stay at this hotel because of the price point. However I feel that the cleanliness could be improved and they should have mantainence on the windows in the room freqeuently as the first room I took was open and couldn’t be closed properly.

位置便利 附近有萬象城&KK MALL 而且幾近地鐵站 係羅湖過完關行20-30分鐘就到酒店 酒店房超闊落 不過酒店走廊有D異味 同埋房間唔係好夠光

職員樂意協助，雖然和地鐵站就遠了一點，但對面也有商場方便購物。房間和浴室也算清潔，整體滿意，下次一定會再次選擇這間酒店。

Hotel close to everything but the room condition was awful. Mould in the bathroom and it was really smelly. We were only staying 2 nights, any longer and I would have changed rooms or hotels. Staff were very pleasant but no englsh speaking staff. We wouldn't stay again if we visit Shenzhen again.
