Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and the friendly, helpful and kind staff who run it. Super cool indoor pool and sauna, peaceful outdoor pool and sunbathing area. Rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and modern but with an authentic Albanian style. Amazing breakfast. A peaceful oasis from the bustling bazar and hilltop castle, all which are a lovely 10-15min stroll away up the cobbled streets. Rooms with balconies and views over the valley and up the mountain are a real treat. Don’t hesitate, book it, we loved it 💛"
