Great hotel in Sherbrooke. Clean and spacious room. Walkable to places to eat and can walk around the lake for some exercise. Great views of the mountains in the distance from 5th floor room. Walked to the King Hall Pub: food was great!

The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely warm throughout my stay, they understood my requests clearly and handled them very well & when a small error appeared on the bill, they corrected it right away, which I appreciated, my only concern was the housekeeping policy, room cleaning is not automatic, guests must request it before 2 p.m. on the previous day & I found this inconvenient, especially for a hotel at this price point, where I would normally expect routine cleaning to be included. I stayed in an open-plan loft on the 6th floor, which had a kitchen. It would have been helpful to find basic seasonings such as salt and pepper in the room, since guests may bring or prepare food without thinking to pack them but aside from these points, everything was very good, the breakfast at $13 was also excellent value (i didn’t try it) So overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the friendly, attentive staff made a strong impression

Great location, concrete building, so very quiet; everything feels modern, peaceful, and beautiful. Of course, the location is prime, right across the street from a great restaurant, Antidote, and within walking distance of two grocery stores. Breakfast is the bare minimum; TVs and an in-room coffee maker are very cheap; the gym is also bare, but the pool area is very good.

Very good hotel to stay, downtown, nearby lake and a beautiful walk path around the lake. Big outdoor and indoor parking accessible to all tenants. Room was spacious, clean but had to search for towels at the reception. Continental breakfast was healthy but didn't serve season's fruits. Too bad the hotel didn't have any informations in the room.

We were the adults traveling together. To satisfy me. I want a spotless and comfortable room, and that was the case. It was looking a bit too industrial, but that wasn't really important for us since we needed just a place for the night.

For the money I paid, breakfast could have been included. I had a lot of problems with the key cards. I found the ground floor and the hallways a little too dark. Dingy is not mood lighting. There are a lot of channels on the TV, including sport channels. Why not a movie channel? It could be in French. These are the reasons, why I gave three stars and not four. However, the staff was wonderful, helpful and efficient. I really liked my blanket and my pillows and enjoyed using the bathroom. I also liked that there was a little fridge in my room. The room seemed clean.
